These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of DeutschDreamer's Website, located at https://deutschdreamer.de.

1. Scope of Service

I offer private and small-group German lessons, conversation practice, and exam preparation delivered online (e.g. via Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
The content, duration, and goals of each lesson are agreed individually.

2. Booking & Payment

• Lessons must be booked in advance through the website or directly with me.

• Payment is required before the lesson starts (single lesson or package).

• Packages are valid for [e.g. 3 / 6 months] from the purchase date.

• Unused lessons after the validity period expire and are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours before the start.

• Cancellations made later than 24 hours before the lesson will be charged in full.

• If I need to cancel a lesson, you will receive a replacement appointment at no extra cost.

4. Refunds

• Completed lessons are non-refundable.

• Packages are non-refundable after the first lesson has been used.

• If you purchased a package but do not wish to start it yet, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase (if no lesson has been used).

5. Student Responsibilities

• Students must have a stable internet connection and a functioning microphone/camera.

• It is your responsibility to arrive on time. If you join late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.

6. My Responsibilities

• I will provide professional, prepared, and personalized lessons.

• I will do my best to support your learning goals.

• I may adapt materials or lesson plans to your progress.

7. Copyright of Materials

• All worksheets, PDFs, exercises, audio files, and other materials provided during lessons are for personal use only.

• Redistribution or commercial use is not allowed.

8. Limitation of Liability

• I am not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side.

• I do not guarantee exam results — progress depends on each student’s effort.

• My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

9. Changes to the Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
